Ronda’s path to estate sales combines diverse experiences that serve clients in unexpected ways. She holds a B.Com. and an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. As a former psychotherapist and mediator, she worked with individuals, families, and aging seniors navigating life transitions that often involved dealing with loss of life, leaving one’s home, separation, divorce, or relocation.
This background provides unique insight into the emotional aspects of estate sales and liquidations. Ronda understands that handling a loved one’s estate or liquidating your own items can be an extremely emotional task. Her experience allows her to approach each situation with both professional expertise and genuine empathy.
Adding to this understanding is her artistic background. Ronda taught art to children and seniors, and as a painter and sculptor herself, she brings a tactile appreciation to the many objects she appraises. This artistic eye helps her recognize quality, craftsmanship, and value in ways that purely commercial experience might miss.
