LAST WEEKEND FOR THIS SALE
On Sunday afternoon, we will be giving away a few items for free. Notably two sofas and the lounge chair and ottoman in the living room, the single bed and the bookshelves in the office, the two single headboards and the single chair in the bedroom. They would have to be picked up on Monday or Tuesday at a set hour.
Due to overwhelming demand and an encore-worthy response from our valued clients, we’ve decided to host one more repeat sale – consider it the grand finale of our repeat series! Your enthusiasm keeps us on our toes, and we can’t resist another round of fantastic finds.

PLEASE READ
- This condo building has very stringent rules. There is no parking on the premise.
- APPOINTMENTS are necessary for SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Only people with appts can enter.
- Security will ask for your name and appointment time. If you do not have an appointment you may still enter IF there is a space and IF you have a VISUAL ID CARD. You will then be escorted to the condo and back down by a security guard.

- - Due to the nature of this Estate sale No coats will be allowed to be worn inside. There will be a closet to hang your coats and remove your boots. Only small handbags will be permitted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Masks are preferable in our estate sales.
- Please bring your own bags, boxes and papers.
- Big purses, bags, knapsacks, etc. Will NOT be permitted inside. You can leave them in your car or with one of our staff. Wallets or small purses are allowed.
- Prices will not be given before the sale. No pre sales.
- Calls/texts/DMs/emails asking for prices before the sale starts will not be answered.
- $5 & $10 bills are always appreciated.
- Boots and coats / jackets will have to be removed at the entrance - no exceptions
- Access to the sale will be limited to 8 people maximum in the apartment at one time, please be prepared to wait in the hallway if we are at maximum capacity
