IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Masks are preferable in our estate sales.
- Please bring your own bags, boxes and papers.
- Big purses, bags, knapsacks, etc. Will NOT be permitted inside. You can leave them in your car or with one of our staff. Wallets or small purses are allowed.
- Prices will not be given before the sale. No pre sales.
- Calls/texts/DMs/emails asking for prices before the sale starts will not be answered.
- $5 & $10 bills are always appreciated.
- Boots and coats / jackets will have to be removed at the entrance - no exceptions
- Access to the sale will be limited to 15 people maximum in the apartment at one time, please be prepared to quietly wait in the hallway if we are at maximum capacity
