- Masks are preferable in our estate sales.
- Please bring your own bags, boxes and papers.
- Big purses, bags, knapsacks, etc. Will NOT be permitted inside. You can leave them in your car or with one of our staff. Wallets or small purses are allowed.
- Prices will not be given before the sale. No pre sales.
- Calls/texts/DMs/emails asking for prices before the sale starts will not be answered.
- $5 & $10 bills are always appreciated.
- Boots and coats / jackets will have to be removed at the entrance - no exceptions
- Access to the sale will be limited to 8 people in the home at a time for 30 minutes, please be prepared to wait in the hallway if we are at maximum capacity
